One of the most important motorcycle accessories that you can purchase is eyewear – goggles or sunglasses.
And one of our favorite brands of sunglasses are Gatorz. As you can see, the lens colors and options vary as much as the frames do. And Gatorz builds into each pair of sunglasses they sell the best in UVA, UVB and UVC protection with their patented TruRay Optics. Customize your eyewear with the best visual performance and safety available, and comfort that is second to none. Choose a frame, choose a lens that fits your need, choose the color you prefer, and start today riding in the same eyewear that the Orange County Choppers, Guy Fieri and others wear!
It’s that time of year, motorcycle fans, for the newest models of motorcycle gear from all of your favorite manufacturers! It’s a great time to purchase last year’s gear at reduced prices. It’s also the time to purchase the new model, the new color and style so you’re the first one on the track with the new gear.
We will begin updating our site as the new gear arrives, as new catalogs come out. By necessity, some helmets might be discontinued, as well as some motocross jerseys and pants. But with the newest version or model, you are assured of the latest technology and safety standards. Look for new items like this 2011 Shark Helmet – the RSI.

America, today is the day to say “thank you” to the men and women of this great country who have sacrificed so much, in many cases their very lives, to protect the freedoms we enjoy! They leave the safety of this great land to travel abroad, to travel right into the heart of danger. And they do it willingly because they contain a courage most Americans will never know. They are men and women of great honor. They are committed and dedicated, and most of all they are self-less. May we never forget ….

Labeled by some as the “Rider’s expert,” Nick Nichols, “Mr. Motorcycle,” is known to many as a world-record-holder in drag racing. He toured with
the International Motorcycle Show every year to give riders, both novice and expert, and fans, too, advice on the proper motorcycle accessories and gear for racing. Nick passed away in October after an extended illness, and he will be missed by everyone in the business, and most of all by his family and friends.
Nick served as a product specialist on the IMS, but it was his years of experience that led to the best advice. Because he had “been there and done that,” he knew how to advise, how to counsel today’s riders. And at the end of the day, no one could spin a story like “Mr. Motorcycle.” You will be missed …
Thieves are indiscriminate in who they steal from and what they take. If it has resale value, it’s desired by a thief. Newspapers are full almost daily
of stories where bikers and motorcyclists have lost their motorcycle accessories while turning their attention away for brief moments of time. Your helmet can be locked to the bike. Your bike can and should be chained to a solid hitching post. And you can buy an inexpensive cycle alarm to alert you when someone is messing with your stuff.
Don’t ever leave your jacket, your extra helmet, or even your seat on the bike unattended for long periods of time. If at all possible, the best way to protect your gear is to put your bike in a locked garage or shed when you are not riding it. And on rides, while stopping for lunch or gas, don’t trust the general public to leave your things alone. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
To enjoy a ride, to get the most out of a ride it’s necessary to have the proper motorcycle accessories and gear. And not just for safety, but for comfort and protection from theft. A handlebar mounted computer kit can give engine hour readings, to tach readings to GPS. Covers, horns, locks and alarms help prevent theft, accidents and damage from weather.
Chrome license plate frames, footpegs, floorboards and more decorate your bike and
distinguish you from other riders. A communication system will make it possible to converse with your passenger or your mate on another bike without having to get off the road and stop. Can you ride without these items? Of course, but if your ride is enhanced by any these relatively inexpensive motorcycle accessories, you will have a more enjoyable ride.
